So today, I will be going through the steps of adding the card to Apple Pay Wallet, to see if it is possible.
1) Open the Apple Pay Wallet app and click on the plus sign on the top right corner.

1) Open the Apple Pay Wallet app and click on the plus sign on the top right corner.
2) Click on Credit or Debit Card.
3) Next, enter the card number. Here will have the option to add the card by scanning it, or entering the information manually.
- If you choose to enter manually, you will need to enter the 16 digit card number, expiration date, and security code. Click Next on the top right corner.
When you do this, a pop up menu comes up with a message saying that this card is not eligible for Apple Pay. So, the Paypal Cash Debit Mastercard cannot be added and used as a payment method on Apple Pay Wallet.
