- Create a username and password, and select a security question.
- Create a pin number, and then enter your personal information into the fields provided
- Once all of those steps are completed, you'll just need to answer some identity verification questions and then confirm your email address.
- The second way that you can activate your Western Union Netspend Prepaid Debit card is by calling the phone number. There is actually a sticker on the card that tells you what that number is.
- The third and final way to get your card activated is through the website.
- This is also listed on the card and the process will be similar to what it was on the app.
